  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 standards.
  • Certification as a Fire Safety Manager/Officer will be given preference.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a high level of computer literacy.
  • Candidates should have experience in the business areas: Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Packaging Industry, Paper Industry.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist the QA & Compliance Head in implementing QMS, EMS, FSSC, and HSMS to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Collaborate on quality, food safety, and health & safety decisions to support operational excellence and compliance.
  • Publish reports on Quality, Health & Safety, and Food Safety metrics for management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate investigations and corrective actions for customer complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training to QA and other teams to enhance compliance and team capability.
  • Conduct internal audits and process verifications to ensure operational compliance and identify improvements.
  • Review and update HIRA, HACCP, and EIA to address current risks and align with standards.
  • Conduct fire risk assessments in the workplace to ensure safety and compliance with fire safety regulations.
  • Organize and deliver fire safety training for staff to enhance preparedness and adherence to safety protocols.
