Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking opportunities for ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) in the lubricant business in Bangladesh. ADNOC operates across the entire hydrocarbon and lubricant value chain through a network of fully integrated businesses, with interests that span exploration, production, storage, refining, distribution, and the development of a wide range of petrochemical products. For over 46 years, ADNOC has played a vital role in Abu Dhabi's economic development, managing, producing, and preserving the Emirate's hydrocarbon and petroleum reserves on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Government.

  • Business Development: Build the business by identifying and pursuing prospects while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify business opportunities by assessing prospects, evaluating their industry position, and researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sales Execution: Sell products by establishing contact, developing relationships with clients, and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and suggesting profit and service improvements.
  • Market Awareness: Identify product improvements or new offerings by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitor developments.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information to maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, building personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional societies.

  • Sales Planning: Prepare annual sales plans to meet business goals while ensuring quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
