Sr. Executive/Executive- Planning & Operation (Textile)

Candidates must have relevant experience in Industrial Engineering (IE), planning, and production.

Must possess a clear understanding of Standard Minute Value (SMV), IE Cost of Manufacturing (CM) calculation, efficiency, productivity, and Critical Path Method (CPM) calculation.

Previous experience working with ERP software is required.

Must be hardworking, sincere, and capable of performing effectively under pressure.

Monitor and follow up on the entire process from yarn sourcing to finished fabric delivery, including data analysis.

Track production batches throughout the dyeing process until final delivery.

Develop Time and Action (TNA) plans and conduct root cause analysis to identify reasons for delays or failures.

Utilize ERP/MIS-based systems for production planning, tracking, and performance monitoring.

Apply comprehensive knowledge of fabric processing, textile production planning, capacity assessment, and resource allocation.

Analyze production capacity against demand, manage critical paths, and monitor order execution to ensure timely delivery.

Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Coordinate with merchandising, production, and supply chain teams to ensure effective planning and smooth operations.

Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.
