  • Understanding of legal, financial, and regulatory aspects of property sales.

  • Confident in presenting sales pitches and business proposals to individuals and groups.
  • Proficient in CRM systems.
  • Comfortable with digital sales tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to analyze market demand, pricing, and competitors to stay ahead.
  • Innovative thinking to adapt strategies in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Forecast and track annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.
  • Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the entire sales force, including direct sales, channel sales, and corporate sales teams.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics for team members; ensure regular evaluations and coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture while maintaining strong team cohesion and morale.
  • Conduct regular training and skill development programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Sales Operations
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales division, ensuring efficient pipeline management and lead conversion.
  • Drive effective utilization of CRM tools and sales automation processes to maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate quality leads and execute brand awareness campaigns in line with business goals.
  • Client Relations & Negotiation
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, investors, and channel partners.
  • Personally manage high-value deals, including critical client negotiations and closures when required.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
  • Reporting & Budgeting
  • Deliver detailed, data-driven reports to senior management, including revenue forecasts, sales funnel analytics, and client feedback.
  • Manage the department’s budget, including allocation of resources, incentive planning, and promotional expenditures.
