Sr. IT Executive/IT Executive

✔ Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers and network infrastructure to ensure stable and reliable connectivity.

✔ Manage MikroTik routing protocols, including Static Routing, OSPF, BGP, RIP, and route optimization.

✔ Administer and maintain Linux servers, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup management, patching, security hardening, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability.

✔ Configure and maintain VLANs, firewall filters, NAT, VPNs (PPTP, L2TP, SSTP, IPsec), QoS, bandwidth management, and network security policies.

✔ Implement and maintain network redundancy, failover, and load-balancing solutions using MikroTik routers.

✔ Monitor network performance, analyze traffic patterns, identify bottlenecks, and ensure maximum network uptime and reliability.

✔ Diagnose and resolve routing, switching, connectivity, and internet-related issues across the organization.

✔ Troubleshoot and maintain IT hardware, including installation and configuration of operating systems and required software.

✔ Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.

✔ Install, monitor, and troubleshoot IP cameras, CCTV systems, video conferencing equipment, and access control devices.

✔ Provide technical IT support to end users for desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers, and other IT assets in accordance with company policies.

✔ Assist in network planning, expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and implementation of new technologies based on business requirements.

✔ Perform network cabling and provide basic networking support when required.

✔ Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory and ensure proper documentation of IT assets.

✔ Maintain updated documentation of network topology, IP addressing schemes, routing configurations, server infrastructure, and network changes.

✔ Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments while maintaining a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
