• Lead the team in following up on production, from the issuance of grey fabric to the ex-factory stage, ensuring on-time shipment and contributing to waste control.
• Oversee pre-treatment, continuous dyeing, printing, printing finishing, and exhaust dyeing processes.
• Monitor folding inspections and ensure timely fabric delivery to the cutting section for H&M buyers.
• In case of any issues during finished fabric inspection (e.g., shortfalls, replacement programs, or necessary actions against departments or personnel), promptly communicate with the Account Manager (Marketing).
• Ensure the availability of packaging and accessories to maintain continuous production flow and guarantee on-time delivery.
• Plan and oversee the washing plant and embroidery processes.
• Collect the shipment schedule from the marketing team and prepare monthly and weekly shipment plans.
• Monitor daily production progress according to the shipment plan.
• Prepare daily floor status reports for ready goods and prioritize them according to the shipment plan.
• Plan for the final inspection of goods.
• Verify the readiness of goods in accordance with the invoice and container plan.
• Ensure containers are received on time for shipment.
• Confirm that both the container and goods are ready for shipment through QC inspection before loading begins.
• Once loading is complete, ensure the use of numbered lock seals and maintain a seal register.
• Maintain date-wise records of cargo arrival and departure times in the register.
• Regularly verify and monitor the status and location of containers and cover vans, maintaining accurate records.
• Delegate authority to subordinates with responsibility and provide continuous monitoring.
• Focus on cost minimization and the implementation of lean activities.
