Lead and manage the operations department to ensure quality production and on time delivery.
Oversee and manage the entire production process ensuring compliance.
Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment and materials to maximize productivity minimizing costs.
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
Ensure excellent co-ordination between production planning and other support functions across the company.
Forecasting of future project, estimate production cost, stay updated on the product prices and market conditions.
Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and quality objectives.
Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and quality control, to resolve production issues and implement improvements.
Resolving operational issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Must have knowledge of manufacturing products as per client requirements & specifications.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Maintain verbal and written communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
