Responsibilities & Context

  • Store Operations Management
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day store operations efficiently, ensuring proper handling of raw materials, finished goods, and all inventory items.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment, following company policies and industrial safety standards.
  • Inventory Control & Accuracy
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through both manual logs and ERP/software systems.
  • Implement inventory control measures to avoid stockouts, overstocking, and material wastage.
  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and inventory accuracy.
  • Stock Movement & Coordination
  • Monitor and coordinate stock movement between departments such as procurement, production, and dispatch.
  • Track and manage inventory during inter-warehouse transfers, ensuring documentation and accountability.
  • Procurement & Merchandising Support
  • Work closely with the merchandising and procurement teams to ensure timely ordering and delivery of raw materials, trims, and accessories.
  • Provide real-time inventory updates to relevant departments to support production schedules and order fulfillment.
  • Storage & Documentation
  • Ensure all materials are properly stored, labeled, categorized, and maintained according to type, priority, and usage frequency.
  • Generate inventory reports for management, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization and demand forecasting.
  • Team Management & Training
  • Train and supervise store personnel, ensuring adherence to SOPs and efficiency in operations.
  • Promote a culture of discipline, responsibility, and continuous improvement within the store team.
