Additional Requirements


  • Candidates must possess experience in Corporate Marketing, General Marketing, and Sales.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with proven expertise in selling BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Substations, Busbar Trunking Systems, Transformers, and Distribution Boards.
  • Experience in the electrical power sector, particularly in Substations or power industries, will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Sales Goals & Planning:

  • Establish both short-term and long-term sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve targets.
  • Consistently meet or exceed mutually agreed sales targets.
Leadership & Motivation:
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to managers and senior executives.
  • Build strong relationships with external experts and agencies through participation in seminars, conferences, and professional networking events.
Strategy Execution & Reporting:
  • Create business plans and regularly report on their effectiveness and progress.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies to ensure market relevance and increased sales.
Client Relationships & Market Development:
  • Visit industrial and commercial zones to identify and collect new requirements.
  • Regularly visit prospective customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage key personnel, clients, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and consistent service quality.
Customer Support & Retention:
  • Maintain high standards of service quality, customer support, and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Implement retention strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Proven ability to execute sales activities, plans, and procedures effectively.

  • Low Voltage Components: ACB, MCCB, MCB, Magnetic Contacts, Relays, etc.
  • Power Generating Equipment: Diesel & Gas Generators.
  • Synchronization & Monitoring Systems: Genset, REB, Grid Synchronization, and Remote Monitoring Systems.
  • Industrial Automation: SCADA, DCS, Energy Management Systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Renewable Energy: Solar Power Systems.
  • Safety Solutions: Lightning Protection Systems (LPS), Hydrant Systems, and Fire Fighting Systems.
  • Infrastructure: Elevators, Lifts, and Escalators.
