• Prioritize developing new buyers as the primary focus.
• Lead marketing efforts for garment products, including creating and executing strategies.
• Supervise, coordinate, and lead a merchandising team independently, with extensive knowledge of knit garments.
• Handle garment costing and pricing, negotiating with buyers to finalize acceptable prices.
• Oversee production status updates, sampling, and ensure merchandisers provide buyers with all necessary information.
• Manage client accounts from order inquiries to shipment, including inventory and supply chain planning.
• Work with special imported fabrics as required.
• Ensure proper follow-up and meet deadlines committed to buyers.
• Coordinate with the production team to guarantee on-time shipments, ensuring merchandisers regularly update order statuses for buyers.
• Oversee all aspects of product quality from the initial to the final production stage.
• Maintain close communication with buyers and suppliers for any production updates.
• Organize customer and supplier visits, allocating resources as needed.
• Possess thorough knowledge of product costing and pricing processes.
• Ensure subordinates fulfill their responsibilities according to company policy.
• Plan effectively to ensure smooth team operations.
• Organize briefings, training, coordination, and timely decision-making.
• Play an active role in factory policy formulation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
