Responsibilities & Context

Develop and implement customer communication strategies across multiple channels to strengthen engagement and retention.
Create engaging and informative content highlighting promotions, new products, arrivals, and special events.
Maintain and regularly update the company website to ensure accurate information and a smooth user experience.
Manage and enhance the customer loyalty program, including planning, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Analyze customer data and feedback to develop loyalty initiatives that improve retention and increase customer lifetime value.
Track loyalty program performance and provide data-driven recommendations for further improvement.
Collect and evaluate customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and other sources to identify service improvement opportunities.
Work with relevant teams to resolve customer concerns and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and events in coordination with the marketing team to boost customer engagement and sales.
Evaluate promotional campaign results and make necessary adjustments to achieve targeted outcomes.
Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and innovative marketing approaches.
Prepare regular reports covering customer engagement, loyalty program performance, and communication effectiveness for management review.
