Additional Requirements


  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Officer in a well-known Steel Re-rolling Mill within the specified district.
  • Expertise: Hands-on experience in managing and building relationships with dealers and retailers, focusing on the sales of high-quality products, particularly M.S. Re-Bars.
  • BBA/MBA in Marketing will be given preference or Masters in any discipline

Responsibilities & Context

  • Sales Target Achievement: Strong ability to take on challenges and achieve sales targets with determination.
  • Strategic Mindset: A positive attitude towards meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as part of a strategic marketing plan.
  • Dealer/Retailer Outreach: Actively identify and engage new dealers and retailers to grow the customer base.
  • Target Planning: Develop monthly sales targets on both individual and team levels to ensure structured goal-setting.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and manage company sales targets, as well as monitor the performance of team members.
  • Sales & Collection Goals: Ensure the achievement of sales and collection objectives on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with potential and existing dealers, retailers, and customers.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide excellent after-sales service to dealers and retailers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications is essential.
  • Additional Advantage: Candidates with bike-riding skills will have a higher preference.
