Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately read, interpret, and understand PID, TP, and buyer feedback.

• Create all types of patterns according to buyer specifications and technical requirements.

• Ensure proper garment fit and balance using dress forms or mannequins.

• Maintain effective communication with the Buying Technical Department (TD) and Production Team regarding pattern and fitting issues.

• Identify and troubleshoot any technical problems to maintain smooth production processes.

• Prepare call-outs and clarifications for PID-related or production feasibility issues.

• Operate Optitex pattern and marker software proficiently.

• Convert patterns between various software formats as needed.

• Demonstrate strong skills in ladies’ wear pattern making with a high level of accuracy.

• Thoroughly review all buyer-provided files (TP, TF, PID, PDM) before starting pattern development, and consult the department head for any needed clarification.

• Maintain and update all technical documents and records daily.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management.

• Develop and execute effective plans and solutions for urgent or critical tasks within limited timeframes.
