• Lead, mentor, and guide the AGIL sales team to foster a high-performance culture and ensure both individual and collective success.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify new business opportunities for AkijBashir Glass, explore untapped markets, and formulate strategies to increase the company's market share in the glass industry.
• Serve as an ambassador for the AkijBashir Glass brand, embodying our values while fostering strong client relationships to drive market growth and reinforce our commitment to excellence in glass manufacturing.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within AGIL, including marketing and production, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business growth.
• Oversee the Sales Operations annual budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize returns and achieve financial objectives.
• Develop insights into our AkijBashir Glass products, including their features and customization options.
• Travel extensively within the glass markets to connect with dealers, retail points, and customers while generating leads to enhance customer satisfaction.
