Education

Bachelor/Honors, Computer Engineering (CSE), or Software Engineering.
Additional Requirements
- Experience with database management in versions such as 19c, including design, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Candidate will get priority if have completed OCP.
- Required Skills: Database design (RDBMS), SQL, including DDL and DML.
- Technical skills in working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
- Knowledge in installing and configuring databases, development tools, and application environments on both Windows and Linux.
- Background in database upgrades, backups, recovery, and migrations.
- Must be honest, proactive, energetic, and deadline-driven.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Preferred experience in developing software for Accounting, Inventory, Merchandising, Store Management, or ERP systems.
- Practical experience in creating analytical reports using Oracle Report Developer and BI tools.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX software development.

Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual with strong communication skills to join our team. This role involves contributing to the development and deployment of ERP applications, specifically by analyzing, designing, coding, implementing, testing, and supporting custom-built Oracle Application Express (APEX) environments.
- Design and implement intuitive, high-performance application solutions using Oracle Database and APEX architecture.
- Quickly create process flows, wireframes/UX designs, and prototypes to conceptualize and communicate detailed interactions effectively.
- Provide expertise on complex business challenges, data modeling, and technical application frameworks.
- Conduct interviews with application owners and business users to define system functionalities.
- Design and generate detailed reports using Oracle Reports Builder or BI Publisher.
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders.
- Develop applications within an Oracle APEX environment.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future implementations.
- Ensure optimal application performance, security, and availability.
- Identify and document system requirements to guide the technical team in delivering effective solutions.
- Document all developed applications and processes.
