  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Prior experience in a senior or lead role on React Native projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Join our dynamic and innovative team at Arogga as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in React Native. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge mobile applications. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that redefine industry standards.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications using React Native.
  • Design and implement features to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to seamlessly integrate design and development.
  • Architect and maintain a scalable and modular codebase.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to drive technology decisions and best practices.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimizing application performance.
