Responsibilities & Context

We are in search of a Vendor/Client Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing our relationships with both vendors and clients. This role requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of business operations, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vendor and client management within the tech industry.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Regularly evaluate the needs of clients and vendors to ensure our services meet their expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with vendors or clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews and reports on vendor and client account performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential vendors and clients.
