· Experience working as a Tech Lead or senior full stuck web developer
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
· 4/5 years+ experience in software development
· 4 years + experienced on Django (experience on Node.js, laravel, Dot Net or any other framework is plus point )
· Proficient in two of these programming language including python (php, Python, C#).
· Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile).
· Capability to adopt with new technology, experienced on micro service architecture development
· Capability to lead in wide range project like Ride Share App, Dating App, POS, ERP, Multi Vendor Marketplace, Car Parking System
· Payment Gateway integration experience like SSLCOMMERZ , Portwallet, Stripe etc.
· Capability to integrate any API
· Experience with front-end web development (react /Vue) is plus point
· Leading the company's backend team
· Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
· Design and develop software applications according to requirements.
· Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
· Project task distribution and lead team
· Test and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and usability.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software features.
· Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies and research about project features
· communicate with client and understand project requirement and lead team according project requirement and deadline
