Education

• Ipas Bangladesh invites applications from dedicated, hardworking, and enthusiastic individuals for the following role:
• Key Role: SRHR Technical Coordinator
• Primary Responsibilities:
• Strengthen comprehensive family planning (FP), menstrual regulation (MR), post-abortion care (PAC), and gender-responsive services (including CMR and others) in humanitarian settings through technical capacity-building initiatives for healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with the Ipas team and implementing partner BAPSA to provide technical guidance for clinical and SBCC (Social and Behavior Change Communication) teams.
• Ensure quality service delivery by mentoring and monitoring healthcare providers, utilizing structured project and service monitoring tools.
• Support the Health System (HS) team in maintaining quality care, equipment utilization, and adherence to standard operating procedures, including proper record-keeping and reporting.
• Strengthen the link between facility-based interventions and community-level efforts to improve service coverage.
• Maintain effective coordination with government and non-governmental stakeholders to enhance the visibility and impact of SRHR initiatives.
• Provide technical input for report preparation, working closely with the Project Manager and HS teams at both the local and country levels.
• Additional Responsibilities
• Monitor and mentor service providers to enhance service quality and compliance with project standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of project activities.
• Liaise with local teams, government agencies, and partner organizations to foster collaboration and alignment with SRHR goals.
• Participate in project planning and implementation meetings to support strategic objectives.
