Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare departmental correspondence and detailed reports for presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with the procurement team to coordinate the supply chain of materials, aligning with production schedules.
  • Supervise and manage staff, including CSAs, storekeepers, and shop floor personnel, by providing training, evaluating performance, and implementing disciplinary actions when required.
  • Establish and maintain inventory levels for finished goods, raw materials, spare parts, repair items, and tools.
  • Plan and oversee scheduled inventory checks for stocked items.
  • Ensure organized warehouse storage and proper implementation of FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily product delivery activities.
  • Monitor and supervise the materials recovery process.
  • Facilitate efficient distribution of items to all sales centers, minimizing costs.
  • Foster effective working relationships with clients, associated companies, and government agencies.
  • Ensure all vehicles used are road-safe, operated by trained drivers, and maintained by skilled personnel.
  • Enforce safety and security protocols for vehicle parking within office premises.
  • Provide necessary training to all staff.
  • Encourage a positive and cooperative attitude within the team.
  • Maintain IMS documentation and actively participate in SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) safety initiatives.
