Store Keeper, Assurance Farm OPC

Experience with ERP software will be an added advantage.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on inventory and record accuracy.

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and supplier relationship management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines.

Oversee day-to-day store and warehouse operations.

Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and goods.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers.

Monitor stock levels and storage temperature to ensure optimal availability of raw materials and goods.

Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory.

Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

Check received goods for quantity and quality compliance.

Supervise and coordinate warehouse assistants and staff.

Maintain proper warehouse documentation and records.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
