• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT support or administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Responsibilities & Context

• Provide technical support to staff and clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
• Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies.
• Assist administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for IT and administrative processes.
• Support the IT & Admin activities in various projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
