Perform structural analysis and design of façade elements, including mullions, transoms, brackets, anchors, glass panels, and supporting frames.

Design RCC structures such as beams, slabs, columns, retaining walls, and foundations as required.

Design steel structures including frames, trusses, platforms, façade support systems, and custom fabricated metal structures.

Calculate and evaluate structural loads such as wind, dead, live, seismic, and other relevant loads in compliance with BNBC, ACI, ASTM, and applicable standards.

Prepare, review, and verify structural calculation reports for façade, RCC, and steel works.

Develop and review structural design drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings.

Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, production units, procurement, and site engineers to address and resolve technical matters.

Participate in client, consultant, and project coordination meetings to discuss design details, project progress, and technical clarifications.

Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and façade fixing methodologies.

Conduct site inspections, structural safety assessments, alignment checks, and façade installation verifications; prepare detailed inspection reports.

Ensure all structural works comply with BNBC 2020, ACI, ASTM, BS, and Eurocode standards where applicable.

Prepare technical documentation, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), load schedules, and engineering reports.

Provide on-site engineering support by identifying structural issues and delivering timely and effective technical solutions.

Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth workflow from design through execution.
