Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a student consultancy firm
Prior experience in Japan student counselling will be considered an advantage
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Good understanding of documentation procedures and the Japan visa process
Ability to communicate confidently and smartly
Experience in Facebook Live sessions and uploading videos on YouTube will be an added advantage
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Friday Off)
Responsibilities:
Provide students with accurate guidance on counselling and admission procedures.
Prepare, review, and manage visa-related documents and paperwork.
Stay updated on Malaysia’s visa and admission requirements.
Conduct pre-interview preparation sessions for students.
Ensure timely submission of all necessary documents.
Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Source and counsel students through Facebook groups and other channels.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Salary: 15,000–20,000 BDT + commission + mobile allowance
