✔ Provide professional face-to-face customer support and guidance to clients regarding student visa services
✔ Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner
✔ Schedule and manage client appointments based on availability and priority
✔ Maintain and regularly update the customer database (CRM) with accurate and up-to-date information
