Student Lead Engagement & Conversion
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote A21’s study abroad programs across destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Hungary, South Korea, and more.
Convert inquiries into confirmed applications by addressing questions related to admissions, visas, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture leads through to final enrollment.
Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team targets for student recruitment and enrollment within set timelines.
Contribute actively to A21’s growth by driving admissions across multiple study destinations.
Student & Parent Interaction
Build lasting relationships with students and parents through personalized and trustworthy counseling.
Assess students’ academic history, financial capacity, and career aspirations to recommend the most suitable country, university, and program.
Guide students throughout the entire journey—from initial inquiry to application and visa processing.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
Clearly explain fee structures, scholarship opportunities, and processing charges.
Negotiate and close service agreements while ensuring a positive student experience.
Assist students in timely submission of documents and payment processing.
Process & Reporting
Keep detailed and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and progress using Excel or CRM tools.
Prepare regular performance reports related to student recruitment for the management team.
Collaborate with admissions and visa teams to ensure smooth and timely processing.
Problem Solving
Address concerns from students or parents regarding admission criteria, financial documentation, or visa-related issues professionally.
Work with internal teams to provide effective and timely solutions.
Feedback & Market Insights
Gather feedback from students and parents to enhance counseling quality and overall service.
Stay informed about international university requirements, changes in visa policies, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
