  • 2 to 10 years experience.
  • Practical experience in the installation and operation & maintenance (O&M) support of CCTV, Camera, and Scanner equipment.
  • Hands-on experience with Cellular, Satellite, and Optical Fiber Network Maintenance Support.
  • Expertise in Optical Fiber Cable Splicing, Testing, and Fault Diagnosis.
  • Practical knowledge in Server and Network Maintenance Support, including strong network troubleshooting techniques.
  • In-depth understanding of Network Infrastructure Devices such as Routers, Switches, OLT, and Firewalls.
  • Experience in performing root cause analysis for network issues and implementing corrective actions to restore services.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting network connectivity, performance, and hardware failures, including resolving issues with bandwidth, latency, and signal quality.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and optimize performance.
  • Experience in electrical operations and maintenance of various electrical systems such as drives, panel boards, motor controls, lighting, and other electrical installations.
  • Hands-on experience with Substation, HT-LT Panels, ATS Panels, PFI Panels, AC-DC Motors, AVRs, Diesel Generators, Solar Plants, UPS, MDB, DB, SDB, DPDC - DESCO connections, and other controlling and automation systems.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and codes such as BNBC, NEC, IEC, and ensuring compliance with these codes and local authority regulations.
  • Experience in preparing and updating electrical drawings, specifications, and maintaining high-quality documentation with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Mechanical Technology Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in HVAC Systems, troubleshooting chillers and VRF systems, including knowledge of chiller operations and commissioning.
  • Proficiency in reviewing SLD and detailed drawings (ACAD and hard copies).
  • Experience in record-keeping for tasks to support troubleshooting and warranty claims.
  • Knowledge and experience in the installation and planning of air conditioning systems such as chilled water and VFR systems.
  • Experience in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of elevators/lifts, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Expertise in carrying out mechanical works and equipment installation activities.
