Sub-Assistant Engineer / Engineer (Technical)

 

 

• Skilled in operating electrical tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, cutting pliers, hole punchers, and other relevant equipment.

• Basic understanding of SP/DP/TP switches, relays, timers, and magnetic contactors (MC).

• Capable of independently performing manual electrical wiring tasks.

• Familiarity with NO/NC contacts, switches, indicator lamps, and limit switches.

• Basic knowledge of PLC and HMI systems from brands such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, FATEK, and others.

• Willingness to travel across Bangladesh for project installation and commissioning assignments.

• Hands-on experience in electrical panel wiring and motor control systems will be considered an advantage.

• Must demonstrate responsibility, diligence, discipline, and strong teamwork skills.

 

Responsibilities & Context

The selected candidate will handle electrical panel wiring, installation, commissioning, VFD integration, and technical support operations.

• Install, mount, and connect various Low Voltage (LV) electrical components within control panels.

• Carry out motor installation, mounting, and electrical connections.

• Perform DOL (Direct-On-Line) wiring and operate motors using DOL starters.

• Install VFDs, complete power and control wiring, and perform basic operational functions.

• Read, interpret, and understand electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).

• Execute Star-Delta power and control wiring, including Forward-Reverse motor control circuits.

• Perform electrical panel wiring and connect various devices and components according to electrical drawings.

• Work with PLC systems from recognized brands and perform basic operational activities.

• Assist in electrical installation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning at customer sites.

• Undertake any additional technical responsibilities assigned by the Technical Head.
