Professional experience: 2–4 years in field operations, sales supervision, trade marketing, or team leadership roles
Prior experience managing external field teams, promoters, or brand representatives will be an added advantage

Sound analytical ability with experience in performance tracking and reporting
Technologically proficient, including the use of mobile applications, dashboards, and reporting tools

Confident and clear communication skills in both Bangla and English

Position Type: Contractual
Location: Field-based (assigned region; local travel required)
Reporting To: DAM
Supervise Brand Representatives (BRs) and ensure achievement of daily and campaign targets
Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and constructive performance feedback to field teams
Track and monitor attendance, turnout, and productivity of each team member
Ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns, field outreach, and promotional initiatives
Validate proper implementation of visibility activities, POSM placement, and market activation in line with brand guidelines
Support Brand Representatives in resolving escalated customer concerns
Review, validate, and consolidate daily activity reports submitted by BRs
Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards, and performance tracking tools
Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, campaign policies, and brand standards
Build and sustain strong working relationships with retailers, partners, field agencies, and local stakeholders
Coordinate closely with Area Manager, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Identify on-ground challenges and propose practical, actionable solutions
Manage escalations efficiently and ensure timely issue resolution
Conduct regular field visits to assess real-time performance and quality of customer engagement
Achievement of team-level outreach and conversion targets
Team discipline indicators, including attendance, turnout, and reporting accuracy
Quality of market execution and adherence to visibility standards
Effectiveness in coaching Brand Representatives and improving overall productivity
Stakeholder satisfaction and seamless cross-functional collaboration
Speed and quality of issue resolution and escalation management
