Experienced in related field are preferred.
Previous experience working in a hospital setting is preferred.
Proactive in identifying problems and taking immediate corrective action.
Follow up on and implement new instructions provided by the Head of Department (HoD) for Food & Beverage.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, customer-focused environment while maintaining cleanliness.
Possess a positive attitude and work ethics that align with the company's values and culture.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with management, clients, customers, and staff at all levels.
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities & Context

Coordinate and supervise the food service staff, including scheduling, task assignments, and providing necessary training.
Collaborate with clinical dietitians to plan menus and develop recipes tailored to patients' nutritional and therapeutic requirements.
Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints related to food services promptly.
Maintain comprehensive records, including daily checklists, incident reports, and feedback logs.
Oversee meal assembly to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
Conduct audits, surveys, and evaluations to drive ongoing improvements in food service operations.
Monitor food storage, supply levels, and expenditures, addressing any discrepancies immediately.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
Innovate and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and improve operational efficiency.
Assist with community-based programs, such as Meals on Wheels, and support cafeteria services management.
Participate in project-based assignments and contribute to departmental quality assurance initiatives as directed by the Head of Department (HoD) for Food & Beverage.
