Conduct continuous supervision of assigned Security Guards.
Ensure routine patrols of premises, medians, sites, and locations, especially at night.
Ensure Security Guards perform their duties in accordance with company rules.
Enforce adherence to security protocols and respond to incidents promptly.
Oversee and supervise security personnel, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped.
Document all security incidents accurately and file reports according to company policy.
Investigate security incidents, document findings, and take appropriate corrective actions.
Inform office and relevant personnel about incidents and keep them updated on any actions taken.
Identify potential security risks and threats, and implement preventative measures.
Collaborate with management, law enforcement, and emergency services as necessary.
Monitor the security of company assets.
Conduct regular security audits.
Prepare and maintain security reports and logs.
Maintain records of security incidents, inspections, and training activities.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the company.
