  • Monitor daily production and provide clear direction to subordinates and operators, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate manufacturing activities to align with company goals and quality procedures, demonstrating self-motivation, drive, and confident decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Capable of managing and guiding workers efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Monitor absenteeism and take necessary actions to address it.
  • Ensure process quality is verified before proceeding to the next operation.
  • Achieve production capacity by motivating workers to enhance their efficiency.
  • Ensure operators practice "self-inspection" to confirm process quality, as well as "thread trimming and counting" before passing work to the next operator.
  • Track hourly production metrics, including pass and repair rates, and ensure all repairs are completed within the same day.
  • Focus on the three most common defects, implementing initiatives to rectify them.
  • Address any findings from quality assurance proactively.
  • Ensure production aligns with size and color breakdowns as per specifications, with proper inspection and packing procedures.
  • Implement effective float management to maintain productivity levels.
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations consistently.
