Responsibilities & Context

We are currently looking for Supply Support for our Supply Team!
The joiner will proactively conduct outbound calls to drivers, promoting our platform and encouraging their registration for delivery services. They will achieve daily call targets by onboarding a set number of drivers to ensure continuous network growth. Additionally, they will guide drivers through the registration process, converting them from sign-up to verified status on the platform.
  • Conduct outbound calls to drivers, promoting our platform and encouraging registration for delivery services.
  • Achieve daily call targets by proactively onboarding a defined number of drivers to ensure network growth.
  • Convert driver from registration to verified in the platform
  • Provide accurate information to drivers about our platform, services, and registration process; Capture and process driver information during calls, including personal details and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous call records, documenting key points, feedback, and suggestions for future reference and analysis.
