Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Support Engineer (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, resolve customer issues, and ensure seamless operations for our clients.   • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Assist in system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Deliver training and guidance to clients to ensure the optimal use of products or services.
