  • Experience in sustainable supply chain management is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

A European company with its liaison office located in Baridhara DOHS is seeking a Sustainability Specialist with expertise in textile technology, environmental sustainability, clothing technology, manufacturing processes, dyeing processes, and a foundational understanding of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).

  • Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) to analyze environmental impacts throughout the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with suppliers from Tier 1 to Tier 4 to gather and analyze sustainability-related data.
  • Work closely with the sustainability team to ensure compliance with sustainable supply chain practices.
  • Utilize sustainability software tools to monitor and report on environmental performance.
  • Engage with suppliers to drive sustainability initiatives and ensure alignment with our environmental goals.
  • Support the development and execution of sustainability projects aimed at reducing the environmental impact of textile production.
