Lead the architecture and development of scalable, resilient, and high-performance software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations.
Design and review system architecture for performance, security, and scalability.
Drive the adoption of engineering best practices and maintain high-quality coding standards.
Implement and manage CI/CD workflows, infrastructure automation, and observability tools.
Mentor team members and cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing engineering culture.
Contribute to hiring and building a world-class engineering team.
Lead AI engineering initiatives, including integration of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform future strategy.
Ensure security, scalability, and performance across all software components.
Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and object-oriented programming principles.
Hands-on full-stack development experience using technologies such as ReactJS, Spring Boot, Python, or other modern frameworks and tools.
Proven expertise in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with cloud-native and DevOps technologies, including Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Terraform.
Experience in AI engineering, including generative AI, large language models (LLMs) such as GPT or Claude, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
Strong knowledge of API design (REST, GraphQL) and authentication/authorization standards (OAuth2, OpenID).
Demonstrated leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent English communication skills (knowledge of Bengali is an advantage).
Experience leading at least one high-performing engineering team, preferably within a SaaS product environment.
