Key Responsibilities

• OS Administration & Management: Install, configure, and maintain robust Windows Server and Linux-based corporate environments.

• Directory & Network Services: Manage and optimize Active Directory infrastructure, DNS, DHCP architectures, and centralized Group Policies.

• Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure: Oversee scalable public cloud environments (including AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud) alongside hybrid infrastructure layouts.

• Virtualization Architecture: Administer VMware vSphere, ESXi environments, virtual machine deployments, dedicated resource pools, and connected storage systems.

• DevOps & CI/CD Pipelines: Design, deploy, and refine automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and reliable application delivery.

• Web Operations & Traffic Management: Configure and maintain high-performance web servers (such as Apache, NGINX, and IIS) and intelligent load balancers.

• Containerization & Orchestration: Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them via Kubernetes clusters.

• Version Control Management: Maintain and structure version control repositories across platform ecosystems like Git (GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket).

• Network & Security Infrastructure: Oversee LAN/WAN topologies, including the management of routers, switches, enterprise firewalls, and secure VPN connections.

• Performance & Telemetry Monitoring: Track system performance, uptime, and underlying security metrics utilizing advanced monitoring platforms.

• Storage Architecture: Architect and manage enterprise data storage configurations, including SAN, NAS, iSCSI protocols, LUN allocations, and RAID setups.

• Data Protection & Resilience: Design and execute comprehensive data backup schedules and robust disaster recovery (DR) protocols.

• Hardening & Vulnerability Management: Enforce strict system security standards through proactive patch management and systematic vulnerability mitigation.

• Domain & Certificate Management: Oversee corporate Domain Name registry operations, purchases, and the lifecycle maintenance of SSL certificates.

• Full-Stack Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex server infrastructure, network routing, and application-level bottlenecks.

• Documentation & Compliance: Author and maintain detailed system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and clear network architecture diagrams.

• Production Support: Provide round-the-clock (24/7) technical support for high-priority production environments during critical system incidents.

Job Requirements

• Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.

• Professional Tenure: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working directly in a Systems Engineering or DevOps capacity.

• Operating System Mastery: Deep knowledge of Linux distributions (such as Ubuntu, CentOS, and RHEL) alongside advanced Windows Server administration.

• Modern Infrastructure Toolkit: Practical, hands-on experience utilizing VMware virtualization, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration.

• Networking Proficiency: Sharp understanding of core networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, and switching.

• Cloud Competency: Familiarity navigating and configuring major cloud service platforms (AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud).

• Automation & Scripting: Strong capability to author automation scripts utilizing Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

• Automation Engineering: Hands-on familiarity building and maintaining pipelines within GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.

• Infrastructure Monitoring: Experience working with telemetry and monitoring tools like Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios.

• Security & Firewalls: Sound understanding of corporate information security best practices and enterprise firewall configurations.

• Analytical Problem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities coupled with sharp analytical thinking.
