Job Overview:
We are seeking a target-driven and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities across multiple departments, including:
✔ ISO Certification
✔ Cyber Security Laboratory
✔ Training Academy
✔ Electrical & Mechanical Services
The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to drive growth in sectors such as Cybersecurity, Electrical, NDT, Fire Safety, Environmental Services, Engineering Inspection, and ISO Certification.
✔ Generate and develop new sales leads through proactive outreach, field visits, and networking
✔ Visit client premises to promote testing, certification, and inspection services, deliver presentations, and close sales
✔ Identify and explore new business opportunities in industrial and service sectors
✔ Maintain regular communication with clients, gather feedback, and ensure strong customer relationships
✔ Execute digital marketing and promotional campaigns through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other platforms
✔ Respond to customer queries, convert leads into business, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
✔ Prepare and present service demonstrations, proposals, and sales presentations (PPT, brochures, etc.)
✔ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for cross-selling opportunities and business expansion
✔ Prepare and submit sales reports, call reports, and performance updates regularly
✔ Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine business strategies
✔ Prepare sales forecasts, feasibility studies, and business development plans
✔ Handle tender documentation and submission as per organizational requirements
✔ Support the marketing team in creating promotional materials and campaigns
✔ Achieve assigned KPIs and sales targets consistently
✔ Maintain ethical standards and support compliance initiatives within the organization
