  • Make different types of tea & Guide customers in selecting tea
  • Evaluate tea quality based on flavor, aroma, and presentation
  • Prepare tea using proper brewing techniques
  • Develop new tea menu items and signature blends
  • Recommend tea pairings with snacks and bakery products
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Maintain tea inventory and ensure quality control
