Additional Requirements

Basic technical knowledge of home appliance servicing, including Air Conditioners (AC), Refrigerators, Washing Machines, and other household appliances
Strong leadership, communication, customer handling, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced service operations environment
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and reporting tools
Proven experience in supervising and managing field technicians and technical support teams
Strong capability to oversee service operations, monitor team productivity, and achieve SLA/KPI targets
Familiarity with CRM software, service management tools, and operational reporting systems
Willingness to travel regularly for field supervision and operational monitoring
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in appliance servicing, technical support, or service operations management
Prior experience in a supervisory, coordinator, or team leader role will be highly preferred

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Service Operations Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily appliance servicing activities and ensure smooth operational performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, and customer service coordination skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily appliance service operations to ensure efficient workflow and service quality
Lead, motivate, and monitor field technicians and support staff to achieve operational targets and performance goals
Ensure timely completion of service requests while maintaining high customer satisfaction and quality standards
Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring effective and timely issue resolution
Track team productivity, service efficiency, and prepare regular operational performance reports for management review
Coordinate with internal departments such as Customer Service, Inventory, and Technical Support to ensure smooth service operations
Maintain compliance with service policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards
Monitor field activities to improve service response time, technician performance, and overall operational efficiency
