• Adventure Dhaka Limited is looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Lead to guide and manage a team of 4-5 members, ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, PHP, QA, or Cloud technologies and demonstrate leadership capabilities. This role offers the potential for advancement to Assistant Manager or Manager positions, influencing the future direction of projects and teams.
• You will primarily work on in-house projects related to online travel booking platforms while collaborating with international teams, including members from Japan and India.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Project and Task Management:
• Manage project schedules and task assignments effectively.
• Take responsibility for project progress, ensuring timely delivery.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage, evaluate, and guide a team of 4-5 members.
• Educate and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Communicate project requirements and updates with Indian and Japanese team members.
• Clearly grasp project requirements and ensure team members understand them fully.
• Development and Technical Expertise:
• Develop back-end programming and logic using Java, PHP, ReactJS, or Cloud technologies.
• Provide insights on project structures, best practices, and methodologies.
• Conduct source code reviews and share expertise with the development team.
• Fix bugs, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in current and ongoing projects.
• Agile and Scrum Practices:
• Lead and implement advanced agile and scrum methodologies.
• Documentation and Requirements Gathering:
• Create system and business requirements documentation as needed.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Java, PHP, ReactJS, or Cloud technologies.
• Experience in project management, team leadership, and mentoring.
• Advanced knowledge of agile and scrum practices.
• Strong communication skills to interact with multicultural teams, including Japanese and Indian members.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges in development and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
