  • Knowledge of frontend development using ReactJS/Vue.js, and experience in Android (Java/Kotlin), iOS, Kotlin for Web, or PHP (Laravel) is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Project, schedule, and task management to ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Manage, evaluate, educate, and instruct team members, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with both Indian and Japanese team members regarding project requirements and updates.
  • Understand project requirements thoroughly and ensure that your team comprehends them to meet objectives.
  • Take full responsibility for the project’s progress, ensuring it stays on track and meets deadlines.
  • Develop back-end programming and logic in PHP, ensuring that it aligns with project specifications.
  • Contribute to the project structure, providing valuable input on best practices and approaches to enhance the project.
  • Review source code, sharing your expertise and insights with other developers to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively within team circles on both internal and external projects, ensuring smooth teamwork.
  • Possess advanced skills in agile and scrum methodologies, ensuring efficient project management and adaptability.
  • Take responsibility for bug fixes, troubleshooting, and resolving problems related to existing or ongoing projects.
  • Create System/Business requirements to ensure clarity in project objectives and deliverables.
