Job Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and pitching services to potential clients, collaborating to craft effective strategies.
• Prepare technical designs and documentation in response to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and similar inquiries.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bills of Materials (BOM), cost analyses, Statements of Work (SOW), solution designs, high-level designs (HLD), and visual documentation using tools like Visio.
• Conduct product demos and Proof of Concept (POC) presentations, guiding clients through real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with the technical division to gather insights and feedback for solution development.
• Create and deliver client presentations, package business solutions, and develop marketing materials to support sales initiatives.
• Collect market, customer, and competitor information to enable competitive positioning, pricing, delivery, and product specifications.
• Educate internal teams on the latest technology trends and available solutions.
• Assist management in identifying future solution portfolios and emerging industry trends.
• Coordinate with employees, departments, and key clients to provide necessary support.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Lead the solutions team to success.
