Proven experience in technical writing, documentation, or a similar role within an IT organization.
Strong understanding of IT concepts, software development processes, and system architecture.
Proficiency in diagramming tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, or similar.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with industry-standard documentation practices and templates.
Proposal Writing: Draft, edit, and finalize technical proposals for clients, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Presentations: Create and deliver well-structured technical presentations, clearly communicating technical concepts and product features to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Product Specification: Develop detailed product specifications, including system requirements, features, functionalities, and technical architecture.
Flow Charts & Diagrams: Design and illustrate flow charts, system architecture diagrams, use case diagrams, and other technical illustrations to clarify workflows and processes.
Product Catalogs: Prepare and maintain detailed product catalogs, ensuring all specifications, features, and technical details are accurately documented.
Use Case Diagrams: Develop and document use case diagrams, scenarios, and narratives that depict system interactions, user roles, and functionalities.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers, project managers, engineers, and marketing teams to gather technical information and translate it into user-friendly documentation.
Tools & Software: Utilize relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, Lucid chart, and other diagramming tools to create professional documentation
