Responsibilities & Context

  • 5S & Safety Control: Ensure adherence to 5S principles and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Quality Control & Documentation: Oversee quality control procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
  • KYT & Machine Risk Assessment: Conduct Risk Assessment for machines (KYT) to identify potential hazards.
  • Supervise Workers & Machine Maintenance: Manage worker activities and ensure proper machine maintenance under Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Machine Operation Control: Monitor and control machine operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Production and Waste Monitoring: Track production progress and manage waste disposal effectively.
  • FIFO for Raw & Sub-materials: Ensure the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system is followed for raw and sub-materials inventory.
  • Delay & Remake Management: Monitor delays and manage remakes to meet production targets.
  • Willingness to Work Shifts: Ready to work in shifting duties as required.
  • Overtime: Willing to work overtime when necessary.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department manager.
