AKH Knitting & Dyeing Ltd. (AKDL) is a 100% export-oriented knit composite factory located in Phulbaria, Tetuljhora, Savar, Dhaka, and is a sister concern of the AKH Group. We are seeking several skilled and experienced Technical Executives for our Garments Division.
Evaluate all types of samples, including development, proto, fit, size set, jump size set, seal, and buyer reference samples, while conducting feasibility studies and risk analyses.
Timely identify and resolve impracticalities in bulk production.
Conduct sample inspections and approvals by reviewing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, garment presentation, and fitting (both dummy and model) for fit samples and size sets.
Recommend process simplifications and cost-saving alternatives to buyers.
Seal pre-production samples and hand over style files for bulk production.
Provide quality assurance advice to buyers and factories regarding complex product items before and during the manufacturing process.
Participate in pre-production meetings, review pilot runs, and monitor mass production for complex products and new vendors.
Perform special assignments as needed.
