Jagorani Chakra Foundation is going to implement the BG_Peer Education Project (PEP) Phase-4 supported by Save the Children. To ensure quality implementation of the project, JCF intends to recruit qualified Bangladeshi nationals for this position.
Supervise Education and Guide Education Supervisors and support the daily operations of the project
Assist in scheduling peer facilitators, Education Supervisors, and outreach activities
Maintain strong community engagement while promoting project programs and services
Participate in meetings, workshops, trainings, and other project activities
Support Technical Officer-MEAL and Technical Officers in organizing meetings and training sessions
Conduct home visits and follow up with absentee learners
Maintain communication with project team members and other stakeholders
Organize logistics and operational support for field activities
Ensure compliance with national and international humanitarian standards

Ensure effective coordination and strong liaison with CIC, Site Management, Majhi, and other relevant actors for smooth program implementation in the camp
Participate in designing and implementing education assessments, including teachers’ training needs, learner participation, home-based learning center management, and parent/community engagement
Assist in designing training programs based on identified needs and assessment findings
Participate in developing training modules and educational materials
Conduct teachers’ training in collaboration with donors and local administration and provide technical capacity-building support to Teachers and Program Organizers
Assist the Project Coordinator in organizing and conducting training sessions, workshops, and related events
Assess teachers’ performance through classroom observation, class visits, spot checks, and lesson plan reviews
Review curriculum objectives, scope, and sequence to ensure effective learning delivery
Attend workshops, training sessions, and meetings organized for teachers and project staff
Coordinate and follow up on teaching and learning materials distribution and utilization
Ensure integration of the education program approach with other relevant sectors
Support the development of MEAL tools and systems to measure, monitor, and analyze learning outcomes
Assist in creating and reviewing tests, assessments, and evaluation tools
Prepare and share activity reports and results with Program Organizers (POs) and relevant staff as required
Follow organizational policies related to Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Money Laundering, Whistle Blowing, and other compliance policies
