  • Ensure assigned health facilities maintain functional and well-equipped MNCH-N service corners through effective use of available resources.

  • Coordinate with project teams, government representatives, and local government sectors to address priority facility readiness gaps.

  • Strengthen referral linkages between Upazila Health Complexes and district-level hospitals.

  • Assist in planning, delivering, and monitoring clinical mentorship activities, including practical demonstrations and simulation exercises, in line with national standards.

  • Monitor mentorship sessions and documentation, identify competency gaps, and arrange targeted refresher training.

  • Guide mid-level providers in the initial management of pregnancy-related complications, including postpartum hemorrhage and eclampsia, and support timely referral with proper documentation.

3. Quality Improvement Committee (QIC) & Work Improvement Team (WIT)

  • Support the formation and strengthening of facility-level QICs, WITs, and IPC committees.

  • Help establish or revitalize facility-level MPDSR committees to improve the implementation of MPDSR.

  • Facilitate regular WIT meetings, encourage staff participation in problem-solving, and present findings and progress against quality improvement plans during QIC meetings.

  • Integrate approved messages on GHS, IPC, hygiene, early reporting, and protective practices into routine MNCH-N services.

  • Promote approved risk communication and community engagement (RCCE) messages on priority zoonotic and selected infectious diseases during counselling and health education.

  • Support the dissemination and follow-up of RCCE messages during monthly CHCP meetings.

  • Assist healthcare facilities during public health emergencies and outbreaks while maintaining essential MNCH-N services and promoting protective behaviours.
