• SIMEC System Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and technically adept professional to lead the development team in Bangladesh and ensure seamless coordination with our Japan office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management:
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Identify risks proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Team Coordination:
• Serve as the primary bridge between the Bangladesh development team and stakeholders in Japan.
• Conduct daily stand-ups and regular team meetings to foster clear communication and team alignment.
• Address technical and operational challenges faced by the team to ensure smooth workflows.
• Technical Oversight:
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to the development team on software architecture, coding standards, and problem-solving approaches.
• Review deliverables, including code, designs, and documentation, to ensure they meet quality and technical standards.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and tools to inspire innovation within the team.
• Client Communication:
• Act as the key liaison with Japanese clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the team.
• Deliver regular project updates and status reports to clients and the Japan office, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Process Improvement:
• Introduce and enforce best practices in project management and development processes.
• Continuously assess and enhance team performance, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
• Qualifications:
• Strong technical expertise in software development and architecture.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cultures.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern development tools.
• Knowledge of Japanese language or culture is a plus.
