Responsibilities & Context

  • Provide technical support to farmers, assisting them with product knowledge and best practices.
  • Promote the brand by visiting DFO/UFO (District Fisheries Officer/Union Fisheries Officer) and establishing strong relationships.
  • Organize and conduct seminars and technical sessions to educate and engage stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to increase sales, leveraging technical expertise to drive business growth.
  • Regularly visit aquaculture projects and farms, ensuring product effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular product training sessions for the sales team, enhancing their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
